blue ray dvd plaer issue

Hi guys - prob a very simple one for many of you , but not sure what to do..!!..Just installed a blu-ray player into my PC it,s powering ok and had played a dvd..(just once)...now try to use it to play blu-ray dvd and it states the following -

 

Windows cannot acces the specifed - device , path , file - you may not have the required permissions to acccess the item ???

 

Looked at the properties and sharing tabe but unsure as to what i should be typing in if anything..??

 

Any help or advice much appreciated.
