Plastic Nev Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Hi Megtop, sorry but we cannot help with password issues, it is against forum policy due to the fact we have no way of knowing if this computer is yours. If the password did once work, we can only recommend you take the computer to a technician, bearing in mind he may ask you for receipts or other proof of ownership. Nev. KenB Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 If you are sure that the password you are using is correct - make sure CAPS LOCK isn't on. Passwords are case-sensitive. Is there another Admin account on that computer? If so - try logging in using this. What Nev says is correct - we cannot assist with "forgotten" or "changed" passwords. Windows will not change your password by itself. Quote There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!
