Hi Teresa. Welcome to FPCH.

Try this and see if it fixes your problem.

Open the Control Panel, double click on the "Mouse" icon, then the "Pointer Options" tab, then UNCHECK the box next to "Enhance pointer precision", then Apply, then OK.

EDIT. Sorry Guys.Did not see this was in Malware. Remove my post if you see fit.

Confidence, is the feeling I get, moments before I stuff something up.

No problem DSTM, it may be all that is required any way.

Firstly Teresa, please do not post any more in other forums, we will continue from here then it is all in one place, I shall delete the other posts you have made on old threads.

Next if the suggestion by DSTM doesn't work, can you please tell us which antivirus and which antimalware you have already used to save us asking you to use the same again.

Also have you tried a different mouse, or the same mouse on a different computer, and if so what were the results?

If you can answer those questions for us and if we do have to look into a malware problem, we can then go further.

One of our malware experts will be along to help you shortly if that is required..

Nev.

I have moved this thread away from the Malware Removal forum.

If it's decided that it is a malware issue... it can always be moved back.

If it's just a mouse issue, it will stop other members from posting if left in the Malware Removal forum.
