Hi Folks,

I have recently started using OneDrive (in the 'Coud') to store Word documents that I want to view when not in front of my desktop PC. It worked fine for a week or so but now, for some reason, when I try to look at a document on my phone (a Galaxy S3 - Android 4.3) using 'Mobile Office' I only see an old (cached?) version of the document. Anyone any thoughts?

Thanks,

Gandalf

Hi and welcome to Extreme Tech Support - Free PC Help Gandalf.

I just wonder if the cloud storage you are using is similar to the one now being used by what was Windows Live Mail, they only store the documents pictures etc for a limited time, have a look at any fine print agreements and check if there is a time limit on fully live storage.

Not being a mobile device user, I can only guess, another member may have better knowledge.
