Ongaku Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Hi.New to forum and first post. I have been plagued by web page loading errors recently and I get things like "Bad Verb" "Bad Request" and others. The only thing I have noticed is that there are odd characters appearing after the URL as below http://www.jamesvillas.co.uk/?gclid=CLawhf3GisACFc3HtAod7ygAaQ I sometimes happens on the home page and other times it can happen when you have been on a site and all has worked. This is really annoying when you are just about to purchase something and it just fails. I have checked for add ons and dodgy programs but all seems clean. This is happening on all browsers but more prolific on Firefox Driving me mad as it is happening far more frequently every day. Windows 7 Ultimate Home 64 BT Infinity Quote
RandyL Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Hi and welcome. The odd characters in the link you provided (gclid) etc. is google click id. This in itself is not a concern as there are different reasons for it. As for your web browsing errors it's possible that you have corrupt or stale cookies that are causing this. Try deleting all temp files and cookies in your different browsers or use a temp file cleaner. Quote We are all members helping other members.
