[ Solved ] hotmail shortcut

I would like to put a Hotmail shortcut on my desktop. used to have one until my computer crashed, now I can't seem to find how to put it back.

could someone please point me in the right direction

Hi.

Open up your Hotmail and copy the URL from the address bar. Right click on your desktop, and select "New > Shortcut". Paste the URL in the shortcut box. Hit next, give it a reasonable name (like "Hotmail"), and you're done.

Lastly click the "FINISH" box.
