Barracuda Web Filter

I am the Admin of this computer and I have no Wish or use for Barracuda Web Filter. I think it came via a virus or just by accident but I did not buy it , install it or want it.

I hope someone can tell me how to get rid of it as it is stopping me from going on netflix, which I am not happy with.

Could someone please help me with this?

Barracuda is not a virus - it was probably put on your machine along with something else you have installed.

Also ...another option....

Revo-Uninstaller is excellent at removing installed software.

You want the FREE option at the bottom of the left hand column.

 

Last time I checked there was no additional software installed with this but just check carefully as the install goes through and un-check anything that is not wanted.

Hi, I have a direct download link for the Revo free version, which saves trying to make sure you have the free version, the page opens and straight away you will see the box asking where you wish the download to go, if downloads are already set to go to your downloads folder, or somewhere you know where they are, just click on the "Save File" button.
