I have a Surface RT - I have been browsing a site but I know one page on it has changed but my Surface wont update the page - it always shows the old page. I have used the refresh key but to no avail. The page is fine on all other PCs and my ipad but on the surface it still shows the old page. I have deleted all history etc and rebooted but it stubbornly won't refresh. How can I force it to refresh a page?

Hi Joddle

In Control Panel > Internet Options > Browsing History > Settings > which box is ticked under "Check for newer versions of stored pages"?

You may have it on "Never" ... mine's on "Automatic"

Mine is also on automatic - I even tried other settings but no luck. Strange thing is I managed to force a refresh with Control F5 when using IE from the desktop and it updated the page fine but when I use the Google app or IE from the apps page and view the same page it is not updated!
