Unable to sign in to e bay or facebook

I can reach my e bay and facebook pages through normal search but when i try to sign in I get a message saying no internet connection, although my connection is there. anyone experienced this / thanks.

That is a strange message that you are getting.

 

Can you try deleting Cookies and History - see if that helps.

[ if you delete cookies then you will have to log into sites like this again where Windows may be storing login and password details ]

Thanks Ken, I will try that, while I am here I wonder if you .have you any ideas why my recently bought brother printer will not print photos, i have installed machine done a test page which says all is well but i just get plain paper coming out after trying to print.

This is really another thread .... if what I suggest below does not work please start another thread for this one as it will get rather complex answering 2 totally different questions here :)

 

Take a look at the Print Settings.

Is there a setting for "text only"

Just checked mine and I need to select "Photo" ...."Text" is the default.
