farghi Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 As part of a phone deal a Tab 3 was thrown in, since day 1 it has been sluggish in operation, especially surfing the web. No mods done to op system. Clicking or scrolling sometimes nothing happens then 5 or 6 commands rush to the screen and mess up editing or anything else being used. Is this normal, or should I return to Samsung for a check over Quote
