H20 Posted November 13, 2014 Posted November 13, 2014 (edited) AVG free edition has just done an update but now it says "you are not fully protected" "identity protection has been disabled" It says click to fix the problem but no matter how many times I try it doesn't correct it. I have restarted the computer a couple of times but no joy. Help please as I don't know what's happened or how to fix it.
