Could you go to Device Manager and take a photo or screen shot and post it here please ? Once we know what we are looking for the drivers are available free from the P-Bell site. If you need any assistance posting an image just ask. If you know what you are looking for the drivers should be available here - click here Is your machine a TH36 .... this is the closest I could find to what you posted.
