[Solved] Pop-up prevents printing a pdf file

When I try to print a pdf file a different pdf file keeps popping up on screen even though I have deleted that pdf file. Any solutions?

Hi, that sounds like it was a previous print job that wasn't finished or fully carried out. Can you tell us the full name and model of the printer so we can find how to cancel that.

Thank you, Nev for the quick response. My current printer is the HP Deskjet 2540 Copy, Print, Scan. Hope this helps.

Hi, I now see from CHF, that you have resolved this problem. Is that correct?

That is correct, Nev. I played around with it for awhile, eventually deleting everything in my pdf saved file and it worked. Thank you for your interest.
