Hi George,

I'm not familiar with that particular tablet but if Google images is anything to go by it is possible to dispense with the tool bar as some images have it and some don't.

Have a look in Settings > Display to see if it gets a mention also try holding your finger on it to see if a delete box pops up.

Could the "black task bar” be the bottom edge of a pull down screen the same as a smart phone ... in which case it will always show under some circumstances and not in others ... displaying photos or playing videos for example.

When I click on the contact link it says page not available

The link works OK for me.

how can I post a photo please

Save the photo to your Desktop - easier to find later.

Click on "Reply to Thread"

Click on "Go Advanced" [ bottom right of text box ]

Scroll down and click "Manage Attachments"

Click on "Add Files" ......top right

Then click on "Select Files"

Locate your image on the Desktop and click on it > then click on "Open"

Then click on "Upload File"

Finally click on "Done" - [ bottom right ]

Sounds a bit long-winded but it is quite quick to do.

There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!

Hi, I from time to time use my tablet which has a screen format of 4:3 which is more or less the square type,[for want of a better word] if a run a film it often goes to 16:9 which is what the film is produced in,and hence the black lines top and bottom of the screen. there is a symbol along the bottom of the screen which allows me to alter this to a different screen size but it can crop the picture. For internet viewing I find that the 4:3 format is better as you get a larger screen size.

It sounds to me that your tablet may well have this 4:3 format, does it look more sq than oval?

In the settings it should indicate the initial screen type. At the end of the day you may just have to live with it but I do not find it a problem.

Hope this helps in some way.

If you bought the tablet brand new it has a warranty, if its not working as it should they should fix it or replace it.

I've looked I cannot find any help files.

Did you buy the tablet through PayPal as you maybe able to claim your money back if the item is faulty.
