Hi Ray

I don't use Yahoo so this is a shot in the dark.

Is there an option to click on Tools > View .....then select toolbars ?

There should be a toolbar ( I think ) that allows you to use Bold etc

I found this ....but can't check it out.

If you have Regular Yahoo---do this.

Located on the mail page is the "options" link (in the upper right corner in blue letters). Click on that and then scroll down to and click on "general preferences".

Now, scroll down to *Composing Email* and put a mark in the little circle beside----"compose with color and graphics". Then go to bottom of the page and click SAVE.

You should now have the formatting toolbar on your compose page. Hover your mouse over the icons to identify their action.

There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!

No tool bar Ken, that's the problem.

Sky Yahoo apparently is different from regular yahoo mail.

The answer is probably there somewhere although IMO Sky Yahoo email is pretty c....y

I just hope a Sky broadband/email user has the answer!

Thanks anyway (this is the first time you couldn't solve a problem for me) - shocking! LOL
