H20 Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 (edited) Apologies if this is in the wrong section...wasn't sure where to post it as I don't know if it's a mobile problem or a windows problem. We've got a Nokia Lumia 530 and have had no problems apart from not being able to view photos sent or received by text message...it says "get media content now"..we click on it and it says "getting media content" but nothing happens...my friend also has the same problem but we are unable to find out why it's happening. We both have used the sim cards before on different phones and have always been able to see picture messaging. Does anyone know what we can try to rectify the problem.
