Booklet printing problems windos&/canon Mg5650 inkjet

I'm finding it impossible to print booklets on my Canon MG5650 inkjet from my Asus computer running Windows7. I've already returned the first machine under the guarantee, but the second one is presenting the same problem. I've been assured by a number of people from Canon and other sources that there is nothing wrong with the printer, but I have seen references to this problem being related to Windows 7. Has anyone else encountered this, and can anyone suggest a solution. As you can tell from my username, I'm not exactly a computer expert!

Hi, can you describe in some detail what the problem is exactly, will the printer print OK on a single page of paper,?

Are you trying to print on folded paper? A full description of what you are trying to achieve will be of help so we can advise how best to do it.
