Please help

Hi, I am trying to install a craft program from a disk, but all I keep getting is - failed to expand shell folder constant "Userdocs" please tell me how to sort this out! I am using Windows 7 Home Premium, service pack 1, AMDC-50 processor 1,00GHs, 4,00 GBram 64 bit Operating system. PS This computers user name is for the person I bought it off of. I really hope you can help and thank you.

Can you please tell us a bit more about the program you are trying to install, the full name, who ro what company made it, and most important how old the program is and does it say on the label what operating system it is designed for.

If for example it says for systems up to XP, it may well be too old as there were many older programs that can not work on Windows 7.
