JUST CANT GET WINDOWS 10

LIKE TITLE SAYS , oops caps on , i spend all day downloading , and i do mean all day !! , then after it restarts the pc it tells me its failed

the code i think is - oxc1900101-ox20017 , any help would be appreciated guys , its from windows 8.1 btw

Still cant get it , goes all the way to reset this pc then I get " the drive where windows is installed is locked , unlock the drive and try again" how do I unlock , and where's the damn key !!

Hi Graham. Have a little patience and someone will help you. Our private lives take precedent.

You were trying an upgrade I presume? You have to turn off all security for the upgrade to install properly.

If you still want to upgrade let us know and I will help you.

Personally I would wait for another month or so as Microsoft plans a large update round the end of Oct.

If you were paying for the assistance I can understand your attitude - but as you are not then it is up to the other members here if they reply or not.

Most times it's easier to run a reinstall...... some of the fixes for this don't seem to work for everyone.
