streaming difficulties

A few months ago i could stream with few difficulties other than buffering.

Now i often cant get a moving pic or more likely the programme plays but there is no sound.

I'musually attempting to stream football or say BBC2 - same result no matter the channel?

 

I'm W7 on chrome. My pc is reasonably new and powerful with lots of space. No issues prior to this.
