PEV Posted October 27, 2015 Posted October 27, 2015 I wonder if anyone else for their sins is lumbered with SKY/Yahoo email? If so can any of you please tell me (in easy idiot proof steps) how to forward more than one email at a time to another email address? Would be great if you can help. I haven't been lazy and not tried to fathom it out but going through 'Sky help and support' LOL I think I need to be a member of MENSA cos I can't get any sense out of it. Thanks Ray Quote
RandyL Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 I checked my Yahoo mail and I can select to forward a single mail without opening it but if I select more than one email the forward option is not available. So then I checked my email client which is Windows Mail and it does let me select more than one email without opening them and I can forward multiple emails. PEV Posted October 28, 2015 Author Posted October 28, 2015 Thanks Randy, how do I check my email client? I don't know if im on Windows mail buy don't think so? Ray Quote
RandyL Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 An email client is a program used to send and receive mail from a email provider. Yahoo mail is a provider. With free yahoo you can't set up a client to work with it. If you're paying for yahoo mail you can. If SKY/Yahoo is part of your internet service it may be possible. If you go to a web page to access your mail then you are not using a client. Examples of email clients are Microsoft Office Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, Pegasus etc. Quote We are all members helping other members. PEV Posted October 29, 2015 Author Posted October 29, 2015 Thanks Randy Looks I'm stuck with the basic IMO very poor email account provided when I was railroaded from O2 to Sky when Sky bought out 02 broadband. I know I can use other email accounts such as GMail etc but ATM not being able to send multiple emails is just an irritant. Ray Quote
