Hi Norman,

Driver booster says all drivers up to date

With the default settings in Win10 there's no need for a program like Drive Booster.

Win10 automatically checks for driver updates.

To be honest, I'd never use a program like this on my systems anyway.

Obviously there's some conflict somewhere on the system.

Let's see if the event logs show anything relating to this.

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your Desktop.

Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista, 7, 8 or 10; instead of double-clicking, right-mouse click and select "Run as Administrator".

Checkmark following radio buttons:

  • Flush DNS
  • Report IE Proxy Settings
  • Reset IE Proxy Settings
  • Report FF Proxy Settings
  • Reset FF Proxy Settings
  • List last 10 Event Viewer log
  • List Installed Programs
  • List Devices (Only Problems)
  • List Users, partition and memory size.

Note:

When using "Reset FF Proxy Settings" option Firefox should be closed.

Click Go the results will appear as MTB.txt on your Desktop.

Please copy & paste this report in your next reply.
