Stereo mix

Hi guys

ive been trying to use Audacity for guitar. keyboards etc but when i right click on my speaker icon its not there,I am on windows 7 my machine is a Dell N5110 any help would be great please

What soundcard does your Dell use - if Soundmax then there is a well know cure for this.
