PEV Posted July 29, 2016 Author Posted July 29, 2016 Just ignore it and proceed. It's just M$ way of trying to warn you about what you are doing..... but you know why you are doing it. Pete I have just successfully done the re install of IE11 so we shall see if problem is gone!! Ray Quote
PEV Posted July 30, 2016 Author Posted July 30, 2016 Mr Starbuck You are a star! We (you) seem to have cracked it! As per your instructions I have 'forced' a new installation of IE11 and I have IE11 back working faultlessly. Bringing it back as my default browser was harder than the re installation!... but with the help of good old Google search I got there in the end. Thanks so much for all your help and yet another endorsement of what a great service you folks at freepchelp provide in helping (and educating) us, maybe I will become one of freepchelp's gurus in a decade or two LOL Ray Quote
