We are short staffed at the moment due to illness and holidays.

If I had more knowledge in this area I could give you some pointers.... but sadly this isn't my field.

Ok its not like its real important, I will hang on and wait then, as I value the help on this site a lot, so would rather wait for a response here than some idiot (like me) just guessing what it is or what to do, thanks

Could you post a screen grab of "Disk Management" please so we can see what sizes partitions are?

Thanks.

Confidence, is the feeling I get, moments before I stuff something up.

4. Save the .reg file to your desktop.

But it didn't give me the option to put it in the desk top, so I dont know where its gone now!

when I followed the link it told me to run this explorer shell:::{a6482830-08eb-41e2-84c1-73920c2badb9}

Hi Dopey

I dont know how to do that

This link will explain how to do this:

How to a take a screenshot on a PC with Windows 7, 8, or 10

Once you have the screenshot saved, add it as an attachment to your post.....

Start a reply here ..... click on the Go Advanced button under the reply box

Scroll down and click on Manage Attachments

Click Add Files

On the next screen click Select Files

Navigate to the screenshot on your system..... click on it to select it.

Then click on Upload files

The file should then be added to your reply.
