If I Refresh My PC

If I refresh my Windows 8.1 PC to factory settings and reinstall Windows 8.1, could somebody tell me whether the dreaded Windows 10 will automatically install before I have a chance to disable automatic updates?

 

If Windows 10 does automatically load, is it still possible to revert back to Windows 8.1.

Presumably if you don't connect to the internet until after you've disabled updates you should be OK :rolleyes:
