[Solved] Appropriate Use Of Ccleaner?

I'm a new user of the program called "Ccleaner". I'm NOT interested in using it as a registry cleaner. What are the appropriate settings, etc. for firefox & internet explorer?

I'm on windows 7, premium edition.

It is a long time since I used CCleaner.

Certainly do not use the Registry option - on this or any other so-called Registry Tuneup / Clean / Tweek etc etc software.

Invariably they do more harm than good.
