Hi first off, I am a member for some time, lost my details and tried to reset the password, but it wouldn't send me an email my name is Dopey (but not this email addy ( starts with tony) so if someone can sort this out so I can go back to who I was I would appreciate that thanks

second is, I cant find my D drive, I put a game in to load last night, and it wouldn't load, the computer kept freezing up, so I went to add some hardware today, and the D drive has disappeared!! cant find it no place

I have had a LOT of problems with the computer recently, and I couldn't get on here to sort them out, can you guys try and help please? thanks again

I have just checked - there is nothing wrong with the "Dopey" account.

The email showing is tony etc

I have removed the second half of the email address.

Yes that me, thanks can I have my old ID back please? I don't now why I wasn't getting recovery emails at that email addy though?

Apparently when I look in the computer its saying I have an

[h=3]TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S223L ATA [/h]but its not, its some generic type superrightmaster, Lightscribe, speedplus, on the front of the DVD. I think its gone, when I put a disk into it, the green light flashes, for a few seconds only then goes out, you cant hear it whirl when the disk is in it, tried to get drivers and did load them, but still no joy, think I will have to take a trip to maplin, and I don't like win 10 at all

Sorted... got a new DVD and the power box went so got another one of them, seems ok now

Your old forum name and account has not been altered you should still be able to log in with it.
