Unzipping problem

I've downloaded a big zipped file which contains a point cloud survey. The zipped file is 600,000kb.

I've tried to unzip it but get the error code 0x80004005.

I downloaded 7 zip and tried with that but still no joy (it unzipped it but made it a txt file and recorded an error.

Can anyone suggest any ideas?

I'm using windows 10, 64 bit.

Ok well I managed to unzip it with WinRar.

It is a huge text file - 3.6Gb, which is a bit of a problem, but one I think I can deal with.
