RoyPks Posted May 31, 2017 Posted May 31, 2017 My Epson'V330 Perfection' has been working fine until few days ago, since then when using the desktop shortcut it will not start, all that happens is the icon briefly appears in the task bar then disappears. I have checked the cable which seems OK, the scanner switches on Ok all looks fin but I am unable to use it? Any suggestions. KenB Posted June 2, 2017 Posted June 2, 2017 Hi Roy, Sorry for the slow response. Open Device Manager Click on the circle bottom left > type in ......device manager .... hit ENTER Click on "View" in the toolbar at the top. Click "Show Hidden Devices" Now look down the list to see if your scanner is listed. If it is - is there a yellow exclamation mark or red x ? ============= Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the software [ drivers ] ?
