Rustys Posted February 11, 2018 Posted February 11, 2018 Not to sure if this is the proper section to place this or not was the closest that I could find. Is there a way and or can it be made to quote just sections of a thread and not just the entire thread? Quote "Confucius could give answer to that. Unfortunately, Confucius not here at moment.”
ExTS Admin AWS Posted February 11, 2018 ExTS Admin Posted February 11, 2018 I miss that feature from my other forum. Unfortunately vbulletin doesn't have the feature built in. It's quote all or nothing. The good news is that we are in process of looking at migrating to xenforo which does have a feature to quote highlighted text. Quote Need computer support? KenB Posted February 13, 2018 Posted February 13, 2018 Is there a way and or can it be made to quote just sections of a thread and not just the entire thread? There is using BBCode Simply copy the section that you want and paste it into a Reply. Put this .... ....at the start of the text ...... then put this .... /quote .... at the end of the text...... but inside square brackets. :) 1 Quote There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!
