chrisn Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 Hi all...can anyone help a novice user please....for some reason my windows 7 professional, 64 bit pc has suddenly stopped turning pages on sites I visit...for eg; I was looking through a shopping catalog and was able to see and read the items I had selected, but when I wanted to go onto page 2 it wouldn't let me...I contacted the company and they said there was nothing wrong with their site and they suggested I clear all my cookies etc which I did...but still remains the same...can anyone tell me whats going wrong and in simple terms how to mend it please....many thanks Quote
KenB Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 (edited) Hi and welcome to ExTS I suppose that you have tried rebooting the pc ? Have you tried a different browser - FireFox for instance ? Which browser are you using ? If Internet Explorer..... Try running in "No Addons" mode Open Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). Is this on ALL websites ? Edited September 6, 2019 by KenB Quote There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!
