Hi all...can anyone help a novice user please....for some reason my windows 7 professional, 64 bit pc has suddenly stopped turning pages on sites I visit...for eg; I was looking through a shopping catalog and was able to see and read the items I had selected, but when I wanted to go onto page 2 it wouldn't let me...I contacted the company and they said there was nothing wrong with their site and they suggested I clear all my cookies etc which I did...but still remains the same...can anyone tell me whats going wrong and in simple terms how to mend it please....many thanks

Hi and welcome to ExTS

I suppose that you have tried rebooting the pc ?

Have you tried a different browser - FireFox for instance ?

Which browser are you using ?

If Internet Explorer.....

Try running in "No Addons" mode

Open Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

Is this on ALL websites ?
