Hi,

Win 10 Pro does have a method of locking a FILE [ not a folder as far as I know ]

However, Wn10 Home does not.

It is possible to hide folders but it is just as easy to make them visible again.

If you want to try this click here

There is another way.

This is done by denying access to your folders on a shared account.

see option 2 - click here

There is an option that I have read using script.

This is quite complex and there is lots of room for error.

The only other option is to use a purchased piece of software

Uh huh...... How about AES Crypt,it's a very powerful tool, but it's important to know as much as you can about it before you use it. If you don't know anything about it or about computers, it probably won't work for you.

Don't worry,do as i say.

If you know anything about AES Crypt, you can try it,it is a free download source.

I also recommend this one to you, but you need to pay a small fee to use it.
