Having trouble with printer HP Envoy 4500. Printer is to print off in portrait but prints in Landscape?

Hi,

If it is printing landscape when you think it should be portrait there will a "Landscape" setting somewhere that is checked.

 

Does it do this with ALL files ?

 

When you select "Print" do you get a "Properties" option?

If so -

There should be an "Advanced" option.

Is "Portrait" checked here ?
