ragnar23 Posted January 8, 2020 Posted January 8, 2020 Hi Guys maybe this needs a new thread but I recently ( I know ) went to windows from 7. I also use yahoo mail and have a slightly different issue. mine would go to the page and when i clicked on mail would log in as usual. Then at random instances when i go to yahoo mail on my chrome browser and click mail it redirects me back to the same page ( i could this also be cookie related? ) the only way i can fix it is to close chrome down and open it up again, Even removed the cache and still it occurs.. KenB Posted January 8, 2020 Posted January 8, 2020 Hi, I have split your post from the other thread - you are best having your own it is less complicated :) Have you tried re-installing Chrome? ragnar23 Posted May 11, 2020 Author Posted May 11, 2020 Hi Ken im only saw this post lingering though i should answer incase other people may experience the same thing... The issue disappeared when i turn my cell phone off and on ( i hotspot from it ) the ip changed and that let me get in consistently - I am not sure if i somehow got my ip affected it.... I did some digging around as that did not make sense and what I found was just a barrage of other yahoo issues so i did what any sensible guy would do and moved on knowing even if i solved this one more will surely come... I don't use yahoo anymore its just a host of issues. I am not gmails biggest fan ( I feel its just another google grip ) but its way more trustworthy. ( and to think yahoo could have bought google wonder what the online world would have been like then ). Regards Ragnar Quote
