Davetherave Posted March 29, 2020 Posted March 29, 2020 Hi All Had this issue for a while now. I have an Asus ET2230A All in one PC and a friend has identified the problem is with the AMD Radeon R4 Graphics driver as when its disabled the system returns to a Microsoft drive and problem with mouse disappears. Problem is video playback then starts playing up. Any ideas how to fix? Thanks. Quote
KenB Posted March 30, 2020 Posted March 30, 2020 Hi Dave and welcome to ExTS Have you tried updating / re-installing the Radeon drivers? You can do this from Device Manager. Left corner of the screen - in the Search Box type ..... devmgmt.msc ....click on Enter In Device Manager click the > next to Display Adapters [ this is mine ] Right click on the Radeon driver and select "Update Driver" Select "Search Automatically" You will need an internet connection. What exactly does it say in Device Manager for your card ? Quote There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !! I'm trying to install update for Microsoft basic as it doesn't have mouse issue. Quote
KenB Posted March 31, 2020 Posted March 31, 2020 Go to Device Manager and disable the M$oft driver. Right click on it > disable. You should see a red X next to it. There could be a conflict between the two drivers. Quote There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!
