Hi, folks, I need some help I built my first pc yesterday once completed it booted fine installed all the graphics drivers, and so on. I then installed the dragon center to do the updates for the motherboard. it did the drivers then said there was a bios update so went ahead it reached 100% shutdown then failed to restart. just a blank screen cant even access the bios. then I noticed a red error light on the motherboard that says CPU not recognized of fail. I have tried to flash the bios on multiple flash drives with the latest bios but won't work flashes 3 times then stays solid red. tried the CMOS battery thing and still the same. I have stripped the board down to just having the power supply to do the bios and still, the same red error led for PSU and won't let me flash the bios I have zero ideas what to do any help would be great.

Hi,

Doesn't sound good :(

You don't list the motherboard.

Let me know the Make and model number please.

You could always contact the supplier and request a replacement.

I wouldn't mention flashing the BIOS though.

There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!
