Hello, I'm ZerDog am new to the forum and I come to inquire about the problem of my PC, the problem I have is that my PC has lost all its performance over time ((laptop)2years), I think the problem comes from the fact that I always play while my PC was heating up too much , it was always burning, before I played GTA 5 a 120 FPS all max while now at least jai 40fps. I would like to know if this problem is repairable, thank you good evening, hoping to have a rethink soon

ma configuration : MSI GE63 16Go Ram, GTX 1060, intel core i7 7eme generation.

Hi ZerDog and welcome.

Firstly I must state that we are not gamers here so advice may be limited - especially in relation to gaming problems.

Is your PC slow even when you are not playing games?

Two things to look at:

1. - Look at the used space on your main drive.

If you have less than 15% available this will slow your system down.

2. - You have 16GB RAM - probably in two modules. [ or more ]

Turn off the power at the wall socket first.

Take one of the modules out and try the system.

If no different put that module back in and take another out.

If it runs better with a module out - the problem lies with the RAM.

There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!

I've also experienced this, a little conspiracy theory here but I find that after a few WIN10 updates my general CPU and Disk usage gets higher. So windows ten gets more features becomes heavier on your system incrementally while the system stays the same so a loss of speed will be experienced, so I assume. Also not well versed in this my idea may be flawed, or maybe like what apple did to its users in throttling devices to "save batteries". TBH though two years with a pc I think in this day and age is good, programs, games the internet are all getting more and more resource-intensive at an increasing rate. I think the days of having the same setup for a Good few years are long gone.
