I'm 27 and not a complete nonbrainer with security, but not much of a tech wiz. I've got a little problem at the moment that i hope you can help with. I've found you guys by googling you when yahoo answers was coming up blank (and asking for remote access! Denied!) Feel free to ask me more if you feel the need, i'm fairly friendly!
