There may be a way to recreate the next to last version with whatever program you are using to create and edit your file. Outside of that possibility, the previous versions of your file have been overwritten. Hence, they are gone for good. However, if you really want to always be able to go back, you must save your work to a new file with a new name every time that you save it.
