can't see usb memory key

I have lost the ability to see my usb memory key when I am logged in under my

network ID. If I log into the machine only I can see it. I believe it may

have something to do with norton internet security. I have removed the

program but I still can not see the key. Is there something that could

affect one profile but not another?

Remove NIS ASAP.
