Guest Al Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 I installed Microsoft Robotics Studio (MSRS) many times, and most of them I got this "Rename temp file failed" error during the setup (even though it happened to work a few times). Do you know how to solve this problem? I remember that once I uninstalled it after getting that error, and reinstalled it in D:\ instead of C:, and that time it worked. The only difference between C and D is that my C drive is FAT32 whereas D is in NTFS. Do you think this could be a problem? Please let me know, since I really need this to work these days... (for more info: http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1815099&SiteID=1) Thanks in advance, Alberto

What about running Disk Cleanup on the C drive an try again?
