When opening System Restore there are System Checkpoints and Software

Distribution Service 3.0 entries. I know what Checkpoints are but can

someone please explain what the other entries mean? TIA

Hi Stan,

 

Distribution Service restore point are created by Windows Update, before the

updates are installed.
