Purely a visuals question here, As a lot of you probably know widows vistas default has icons that look like this for the usual picture, documents etc.

I've been trying to organise my files because they're a complete mess, but in order to make things look as tidy as possible I'd like to be able to use a similar icon for the folders that I create. But it doesn't seem to be easily do-able.

I'm not talented enough to make copies myself, but perhaps if I could find where the icons in vista were stored I could edit them slightly and re safe them to use as needed.

Any solutions are welcome although I know most of you will think its a bit daft, and I could of course be being really dim and it is very simple to do.

Thanks, I'm actually quite proud of my self. With a lot of online searching I managed to find where windows had "hidden" the translucent folders and I figured out how to use the information, lol. So its all good.

Shame they don't work like normal folder and won't display a chosen file in the icon but I guess that's asking a bit much.
