Hi wardyboyo

Welcome back to Extreme Tech Support - Free PC Help

The CPU fan must work because the CPU will get hot and cause the shutdowns. So if the fan is not working properly you must get a new fan. But first try cleaning it.

Some technician.

Is the fan clean? Is there a noticable dust build-up?

If the fan isn't clean, not only will it not spin well, but the dust can build-up heat very easily and cause it to overhead.

Did this "Tech" remove the CPU heatsink for any reason?

If so did he re-apply thermal paste?

Is the heatsink dust free?

Are all your case fans working as they should be?

Is the PSU fan working as it should be?
