Guest LMO Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 Aloha all. Ask Me.com has put a search window on my IE toolbar. I don't want it, but can see no way to delete it. Right-click does not mention it. Help?

Guest Newbie Coder Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 Re: Delete unwanted bar from IE? LMO, Remove it like Shenan says via add/remove programs but make sure all Internet Explorer windows are closed first. Plus, a reboot is 'sometimes' necessary too -- Newbie Coder (It's just a name) "Shenan Stanley" <newshelper@gmail.com> wrote in message news:%23%23sD%236bwHHA.4516@TK2MSFTNGP06.phx.gbl... > LMO wrote: > > Aloha all. Guest Martin C Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 Re: Delete unwanted bar from IE? A bit of overkill for this problem, but another useful application for removing crap from the toolbar is ToolBar Cop. Go to this link - it is free. http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/toolbarcop.htm Hope this helps.
