Soundmax Control Panel

Hi,

I have a problem with the Soundmax control panel on my laptop: the

"Listening Environment" tab is missing. Unfortunately the sound

quality is poor and I have no idea about how to repair it.

I have searched the http://www.soundmax.com site but I found no

suitable download to fix the problem.

Do you have any idea about a possible solution?

HR.

Re: Soundmax Control Panel

Hello,

Check to see that your sound card is selected under Default Playback in

Start > Control Panel > Sounds & Audio Devices > Audio (tab)

If you have more than one device, try checking the box to use default only

default devices and see if that works.
