In My Computer Hibernate Not Working, But In My Friends Computer Working With Hibernate. We Install Same Window That Is Window XP SP2 ---------------- Hibernate has to be specifically enabled for it ot be available. From an Administrator account: Right click on the desktop and select 'Properties'. Select the 'Screen Saver' tab. The select the 'Power' button, and then the 'Hibernate' tab. Ensure the 'Enable Hibernation' check box is checked. Click the 'OK' button. If there is no hibernate tab, then your motherboard does not support it.
