Help & Support service

Since installing SP2 to Win2k3 Server, I cannot access Help & Support. The

error message says the service is not running, and should be manually

started. I have run services.msc and looked for a service named Help... but

cannot find it, no services with this name (or similar) is listed.

Any ideas? Please.

Re: Help & Support service

Sorry Guys, after posting I found kb937231 which informed me that this is a

known (i.e. MS pork-up) error, and gave me a workaround.

I had to search for 'netsvcs' 'cos the phrase 'help and support' returned

nothing.

Anyway, problem solved.
