trust NT4 and windows 2003

Hi,

I have got a trust between a NT4 domain and Windows 2003 domain, I'd

like tu raise the level of the domain from "Windows 2000 native" and the

forest from "windows 2000" to "Windows Server 2003", are there problem

with this task, should I make something for keep the trust working
